Rain stops work

We're just off the east coast of Brazil. A steady force 7 is blowing from the south-south-east making the ship roll to the extent that water pours through the scuppers and on to the back deck. But after nearly three weeks aboard, the rolling doesn't bother anyone's stomachs anymore. All painting work is cancelled, leaving a welcome afternoon to catch up on a few personal projects. Posted by Picasa

Finally bettered your bank account by 600 british pounds sterling (none of your foreign antarctic muck here thankyouverymuch).
Blog is excellent - I particularly like the idea of you covered in kitchen slops, seems a poignant reminder that graduate education aint all its cracked up to be...
Will try to collect bike this weekend en route to United Arab Emirates ( another work mission would you beleive!) Jordan (country not lady) was ace, though climbing very friable and worrying. Rode a camel, got diarrhoea and saw Petra (not in that order though).
keep it happening buddy - Jamie
